All the Directors, the President and the Board join me in saying a big Thank You, wherever you may be. Thank you for your commitment throughout 2022, because we are very aware of the effort everyone has made.
We should be proud of what we have achieved together to advance our causes, seize our victories and transform our organisation so that every single day we get closer to achieving our ambition: To be a leading international medical NGO, fighting for fairer access to healthcare and rights, in France and abroad.
Of course, lots remains to be done, but as I said at the start of the year, the important thing is to stay on track and keep going, while staying aware and giving ourselves the necessary resources and time to support one another, adapt and change our habits.
In this transformation plan, which is known as Horizon 2025, not all these projects are on the same scale or have the same complexity and they don’t all take the same amount of time, but they are all essential if we want to turn our ambitions into reality. Many things that were previously considered to be transformation are now in place.
